Ideal for a couple, colleagues, or students who want to have 2 separate rooms (both with air conditioning split), as the peculiarity of this two-room apartment is that the living room can be completely closed with sliding doors, which makes it a second bedroom. The common areas would remain the bathroom, the hallway, and the kitchen.

The property consists of a semi-habitable kitchen complete with everything necessary for even long stays, a large living room with a sofa bed at the French, and a table with chairs. A beautiful bedroom with a closet and dresser, the disengagement (where we find the washing machine), and the bathroom (windowed, with a large shower) complete the solution. There is a balcony overlooking the street which can be useful for laying out clothes. The house, however, remains very quiet with the windows closed as the fixtures are of the latest generation.

Important to note:
- at the check-in tenants will need to pay € 63 per person as city tax
- due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent
- for check-ins after 8pm (standard time) until Midnight, a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is required upon arrival.
- Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. Extra cleanings have to be paid separately.
