A sunny 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony and AC is available to rent in Città Studi. The apartment has a spacious living room, where you can relax on 1 of the cozy couches and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV, or sit down to a delicious meal at the dining table. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has all the essentials, including a 4-burner gas stove, a toaster oven, and a washing machine.

The bedroom has lots of natural light, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and lovely tiling.

You'll be living in Città Studi, 1 of Milan's most central, popular, and well-connected neighborhoods. You'll have it all around here-- restaurants, cafes, bars, pizzerias, and shops are on every corner around the apartment. And, with lots of trams making stops nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Milan!

MPORTANT:** the landlady provides a transitional type of contract, in order to be eligible you need (by law) to present at least one of the following conditions:**

Being in waiting to take possession of a property purchased or assigned by a public body;
Have a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary job or study transfer or project (like Erasmus program or a class in a language school);
Being in a process of caring and / or assistance to oneself or to one's family members, in a place other than that of residence of these subjects;
Renovation work needs to be done on your home, making it temporarily unusable.

Variable deposit: the landlady requires:

1 month security deposit for stays up to 59 days
2 month security deposit for stays from 60 to 89 days
3 month security deposit from 90 days on.
