Charming 16th-century apartment completely renovated, in one of the oldest streets of Bologna, just a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a large and bright living room, equipped with modern furnishings, but decorated with some elements that recall the original style. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine, is joined by a dining table, a double sofa bed, and a cabinet with a TV.
Continuing on the right, guests will find two double bedrooms, which are also bright and elegant. One is equipped with a mirrored wardrobe, TV, and a desk, and the other has a shelf unit with hangers and access to a small outdoor area that is convenient for hanging out the laundry. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower, inside one of the two bedrooms.
Wi-fi connection, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, and heating will be available to guests.
The apartment is located in the ZTL area, we recommend that you leave your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoy the historic center on foot.
The central train station is about 2.6 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

Its soul resides in the medieval historic center which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval buildings blends perfectly with modernity. Do not miss the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. Impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, and Bolognese sauce accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Bolognese Hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising all year round.
