The apartment consists of a living area with sofa and TV, full open kitchen, a double bedroom with large wardrobe and a bathroom with Jacuzzi / shower.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a stay in total relaxation. It is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, TV and Jacuzzi.

In 10 minutes walk you can reach the Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione.
The nearest metro stop, Gerusalemme M5, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From here you can reach the San Siro Stadium in 10 minutes.
By metro, you can reach in 20 minutes the Duomo (where bus 73 leaves every 15/20 minutes to Linate Airport) and in 10 minutes the (hidden) Centrale Station (where the Malpensa Shuttle departs every hour).

The detailed costs are:
- RENTAL: 1200€/month;
- Utilities (electricity, gas, water and WiFi): 250€/month;
- CONDOMINIUM FEES: 300€/month;
TOTAL: 1750€/month.

COSTS TO BE PAID ONE TIME:
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.200€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
