======= WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT? =======

--- "One-time" FEE FOR ALL UTILITIES equal to one month's rent of 619 euro.
The fee to be paid upon arrival is a one-time and non-refundable sum that includes electricity, hot and cold water, condominium expenses, cleaning at check-in and check-out, elevator fees, waste tax, heating, ordinary maintenance, and wifi connection. It is a complete, "ALL-INCLUSIVE" payment, and there will be no additional charges during the stay. However, in case of improper or negligent use of utilities causing a significant and extraordinary increase compared to the average calculated consumption per person, the additional cost will be calculated and divided equally among all tenants in the house. ======= HOW DOES IT WORK? =======

• By booking through Housing Anywhere, the rent for the first month is already covered.
• Before check-in, we require the signing of the contract, payment of the utilities fee, and a deposit of one month, which will be refunded at the end of the lease.
• A new pillow, mattress cover, and duvet are provided. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be requested as an optional service.
• The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, cookware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Anything not provided can be purchased privately.
