The apartment, located on the third floor of a typical “casa di ringhiera” without an elevator, opens onto a hallway that leads to the living area consisting of open kitchen with oven, juicer, coffee machine, dining table, and a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed with separable beds and a tv. From the living room you can access the bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large closet and a library. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the apartment.
