The Tibaldi district is located not far from the Navigli and the Ticinese district. It is a very lively neighbourhood, full of young people and full of clubs frequented by university students. The Bocconi University and NABA are 15 minutes away by bus. The IED and IULM can be reached in 12 minutes by bus.

The nearest tram stop (line 3) is a two-minute walk away. The Tibaldi-Bocconi stop (S9) is a 10-minute walk away. The 90 line stop is a 5-minute walk away.

Monthly rates:
• 1.250,00€ for monthly rent
• 150,00€ for building fees
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.600,00€

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.250€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
