The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. The apartment is shared with two other people and features a shared bathroom, offering a cozy and well-connected living space.

Following booking confirmation, completing a background credit check via a provided link is mandatory. This applies to all occupants and individuals booking on behalf of an occupant. All guests are required to undergo this screening process.

Background Check and Documentation Requirements:

- Achieving 2.5 times the rent amount for creditworthiness.
- Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.

Important Notes:
- CONTRACT OPENING COSTS: The contract registration fee will be split between the tenant and the owner, and the tax stamps are paid by the tenant at €16.00.
- CONTRACT CLOSURE COSTS: €150.00 fixed for termination fee (€67.00), cleaning at the beginning of the stay, and sinking fund for painting.
