The residence is located a stone's throw from the Navigli, in the Romolo area and a few rides from the center of Milan. A place where hospitality and hotel services are integrated, creating a living space that responds to the needs of the city, according to the principle by which the sharing of resources multiplies and strengthens opportunities.

The structure includes over 80 rooms and covers 4,500 square meters. It is organized with common areas, a co-working with 24 workstations , a pub-restaurant , an auditorium , a garden and an amphitheater, the 'Centro Famiglie e Dintorni' which offers clinical, educational and pedagogical services, and, finally, the head(hidden) of La Cordata. The residence provides an amazing community of different people who arrive and meet, living together in an open, multicultural and and accepting environment.

Surrounded by greenery, the building has a mix of single, twin, triple and quadruple rooms with private bathroom , WiFi Internet connection and cleaning service. A laundry room, a reception's desk for all orientation needs - in and around Milan as well -, free parking for bikes, motorbikes as well as parking spots for cars are available .

This twin room comes with a private bathroom and includes 2 single beds, desk with chairs, refrigerator, and wardrobe for all of your clothes. You also have access to a living room, common room with TV, a common kitchen and 2 large verandas, free parking for motorbikes and bicycles, coin-operated laundry.

The cleaning service is daily in the common areas and weekly in the rooms with change of bed sheets and towels every 2 weeks.
