Ground floor:

- Service bathroom: With shower and sink, essential for guests.
First floor:
- Double Room 1: Spacious and bright, with two windows overlooking via Scaldasole, illuminated walk-in wardrobe, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a TV.
- Double Room 2: More intimate, with a French double bed, armchair and desk; illuminated wardrobe and blackout blinds for maximum comfort.
- Main bathroom: Modern and functional, with a large shower and all the necessary amenities.
- Kitchen and dining area: Open space with a table for 4 people, induction hob, latest generation appliances, and access to the tools for a refined dinner, including wine glasses and quality crockery.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other Things to Note:
You will receive a welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel for the first 2 nights. For longer stays, guests are responsible for providing these products.
Advanced Management Fee:
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for a one-time advanced management fee of €150, payable via bank transfer before check-in. This fee covers the registration of the contract, final cleaning, and contract closure.
Once the booking is completed, you will have to sign the contract with the property management company, and pay the deposit no later than 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the booking will be no considered completed and you can’t do the check in
Other Costs:
In addition to the rent, a monthly fee of €300 is required. This fee covers the following services:
Registration of the contract
Biweekly apartment cleaning and provision of fresh linen
Regular maintenance services throughout your stay
24/7 emergency support
High-speed internet and utilities (water, gas, electricity)
