Camera in affitto in Viale della Repubblica a Bologna

Only for girls and for few week. The flat is located outside the old walls, 15 minutes by walk from University Area of Via Zamboni.

I offer my this private room with a single bed and, on request is possible to add another single bed. Room with a nice balcony, in a fully furnished and large flat.
The room is the biggest one in my flat, with sofas, CD player and a large screen that you can connect to your PC and work from remote.

WIFI unlimited and all consumes are included. In A/W months the price is 700 Euro all included.
Bed linen and towels furnished if you need.

I ask 1month as min period of rent.

Final cleaning 30 euro are always requested.

I'm the owner and I'm used to welcome students from all over the world for more than 12 years, especially Erasmus students.
In the flat there will be others one or two girls from Erasmus in others two private single rooms.

NOTE BELOW
I need to inform you that before any kind of final confirmation, I need to have a video call to know you and to present me. This is very important for me.
So if we go throught the acceptance, we can see our private contacts just after it and we could organize a call in the next days and I will give you the final confirmation or cancel the booking. You don't have to worry about the refunding of the payment that you will make, as the platform will refund you the full amount if I won't confirm the booking.
