The area is very quiet and there you can find anything you need: Opposite the building, there is a nice brewery where many students go.

In the adjacent street, Corso del Popolo, there is the Tram Stop and in Via Trieste you can also catch many buses. The apartment is also 2 minutes walking from the Train Station. Everywhere around the apartment you can also find: Bars, Pizzerias, Supermarkets (such as PAM), and other stores.

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.

The rental agreements are individual.
