This bedroom is large and silent - it has a beautiful fresco ceiling and it is furnished with 2 beds (one double and one single), 2 wardrobes and a desk. if it is for 2 guests the cost will be increased of 20 % per cent.

In this apartment, there are 3 other bedrooms generally rented to one person, a large equipped kitchen, a sitting room, and a large bathroom shared with just another tenant. There is also wifi, a washing maching and facilities for hanging clothes, 2 refrigerators and a cooker with an oven and microwave but above all, there is a friendly home atmosphere among the generally 4 guests who live there.

We would like to host responsible and peaceful guests!

Please keep all noise levels to a minimum at any time.
No parties are allowed.

Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. make excessive noise or commotion, etc.). We have the prerogative to remove any disruptive guests with full forfeiture of rent and deposits for any violation of any of these rules.
