The apartment is located in the heart of the Porta Romana district, a renowned, safe, welcoming, and full of services area, just 8 minutes away. walk from Crocetta (M3, yellow) and Porta Romana (M3, yellow) metro stops and a 15-minute walk from Piazza Duomo

The apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with electric hobs, a table (with 2 seats), a microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishwasher, pots, dishes, and cutlery; then we find the double bed, TV, air conditioning, and 2 spacious wardrobes
The bathroom consists of a WC, bidet, shower, sink, washing machine, and Free Wi-fi

The location is excellent both for business travelers and for those who want to visit the city; the house is in fact silent and is a stone's throw from bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. You can walk to the famous 5-day square in less than 5 minutes and continue towards the Duomo by taking a nice walk through the streets of the center, or take advantage of the bike-sharing services always available in the area.

- at the check-in tenants will need to pay € 63 per person as city tax
- due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent
- for check-ins after 8pm (standard time) until Midnight, a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is required upon arrival.
- Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. Extra cleanings have to be paid separately.
