There are two double bedrooms, both furnished with care and equipped with spacious wardrobes for storing your personal belongings. The modern and bright bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The apartment also features a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or your glass of wine in the evening.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wifi internet, oven, TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people with two double beds.

Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.

Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (4 euros per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
