Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to be signed:
- Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform.
- Service Contract: Defines the management of the stay.
- Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the property owner.
Before check-in, the following is required:
- Signing the contracts.
- Registering via the provided link with your personal documents.
- Paying the required amounts.

The Tax Code - Codice Fiscale - is mandatory for registering the temporary lease agreement and must be obtained at the Embassy or the Italian Revenue Agency within 30 days of arrival to avoid penalties.
