There are: - 5 bedrooms (4 private, one double) - 2 bathrooms - an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen equipment - a washing machine - a shared dining area - wi-fi - air conditioning The building has an elevator and concierge available every morning.ROOM 2 - Single Room (16 sqm) + private terraceThe room features a lovely private terrace, a single bed (90cm), a wardrobe with two rails of hangers, a chest of drawers, a desk with drawers and a chair and air conditioning. One shot admin fee includes: VAT, contract registration, third party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax.Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning of shared spaces.IMPORTANT INFORMATION:Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it.
