There are: - 5 bedrooms (4 private, one double) - 2 bathrooms - an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and kitchen equipment - a washing machine - a shared dining area - wi-fi - air conditioning The building has an elevator and concierge available every morning.ROOM 5 - The master bedroom (22 sqm)The room features a triple closet with drawers, a double bed with a night table and a desk with drawers, and a chair and a sofa. A set of towels, linen, and duvet is provided upon check-in. One-shot admin fee includes VAT, contract registration, third-party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, and garbage tax.Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet, and weekly cleaning of shared spaces.IMPORTANT INFORMATION:Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it.
