Private room with private bathroom in a 5-bedroom shared apartment.The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has 5 large rooms, 3 with a private bathroom and 2 share a bathroom.The rooms have a large amount of natural light and are very spacious, they come fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, etc.The kitchen is also fully equipped: oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, utensils, etc.We do not accept couples or pets.IMPORTANT NOTESAll expenses (water, electricity, Wi-Fi and gas) are included in the monthly rental price up to €80.The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. The tenants bear the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings.
