A large double room is available for 2 girls with 2 single beds and double furniture as you can see in the photo. In shared accommodation only with girl. There must be 2 girls interested in booking a double room. Euro 500 per person per month.



IMPORTANT: There is a TOTAL ban on hospitality, both day and night. Please note that the monthly tax of 5 euros per month, x the 12-month stay, per person for the collection of TARI waste + the cost for final cleaning of the room and common parts of 40 euros + the washing of the duvet cover, what is supplied on the single bed are not included for the value of 35 euros. These amounts will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay for a total value of 135 euros.



The cost of 620 euros per person per month INCLUDES A FLAT RATE OF VARIOUS ITEMS: condominium expenses, rent, full-time concierge service and video surveillance, central heating, water, cleaning once a month of the common areas in the apartment + check in and check out (read below). Only electricity costs are not included in the price and will be divided between all the tenants of the apartment. This user is already active and is bimonthly. Electricity is paid by those who book the stay (it goes to consumption). There are no gas installations (no gas bill) but induction plates and electric boilers. In addition, only 2 monthly Internet payments per person are paid immediately before check in for an expense of 70 euros, users already active 24 hours a day with Wi-Fi.



Routine maintenance is the responsibility of those who do damage in the house. On request it is possible to rent a set of linen worth 20 euros to be paid before check in. This includes a set of single sheets, a comforter, a shower towel, a face towel, a bidet towel. Linen washing at the end of the stay is not included and this must also be paid before check in.



We ask for a deposit (3 months) per person for a total of 1860€



CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: To collect the keys, a photocopy of the girls' and parents' document (passport and tax code or identity card and tax code) will be requested. Check-in can only be made from Monday to Thursday at 13.00 Italian time, by appointment only (not on holidays and weekends). The check out, on the other hand, is at 10.00, Italian time from Monday to Thursday. The payment of 10 euros is required for the documentation. Payment method accepted only bank transfer not cash. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: the documents of the girls who book and of the parents are required. Only the working parent will be entitled to the rental agreement, not the student contract.



The requested period is from September 1 to August 27 without recessions.
