It is a very cozy and well furnished house with some antiques. The space is divided between two main rooms, namely the kitchen and the bedroom, to which is added a bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking. The real selling point of this house is the bedroom. Very large and elegant, the master bedroom has a beautiful frescoed ceiling, large windows that make it very bright and numerous pieces of furniture of great value. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.

Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.

There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly.

There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference.

Internet is €30 per month.

Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
