The house has a cozy living room, equipped with a comfortable single bed, perfect for accommodating an additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals in the comfort of your own home.

The master bedroom is spacious and features a double bed, guaranteeing a pleasant rest after a day exploring the beauties of Florence. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, offers a relaxing environment in which to regenerate.

Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.

Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.

Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due.
For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control.
