1. Contract End Dates:
- Contracts should end either on February 28th/29th (January 31st possible but require approval) or on August 31st/September 30th (July 31st possible but require approval).

2. General Guidelines:
- Reservations cannot exceed 18 months.
- Short stays are permissible for the following months: December, January, June, July, and August:
- For short stays lasting only one month, no security deposit is required, and the entrance fee is reduced to 100 euros.
- For short stays lasting two months, no security deposit is required, and the entrance fee is reduced to 200 euros.

3. ESCP Students:
- ESCP students can book also until December 31st or June 30th.
