Signature and contract registration fee, in case of rentals to companies and in apartments that do not benefit from the Italian flat tax on rental income (cedolare secca), the accommodation provider will request a contract registration fee which corresponds to 1 percent of the total booking value starting from 49.50 euros).
Admin fee, it includes the first and final cleaning and new bed linen. This fee should be paid BEFORE THE CHECK-IN, in this way, the accommodation provider can guarantee that the apartment will be clean and with new bed linen upon arrival.
Upon the check-in you will be requested to show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport or Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy.

We remind you that on the day of your arrival will be required to pay for the security deposit which must be done with credit card and it will be refunded within 72 working hours after the day of departure, if no damage is found in the property. The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 pm to 12am - 30 euros. From 12am to 8 am - 60 euros.
