The spacious bedroom has full length windows, storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. There's a modern shower room which includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance; Utilita Arena (5 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), Lane 7 Bowling (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (10 mins).
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
There is a cleaning fee associated with this property, which needs to be paid before arrival. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request via HousingAnywhere to complete the payment of the cleaning fee. Please do so, in order to proceed with the booking.
