The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed to cook at home such as stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. It also has a laundry area.
The sleeping area has 2 comfortable bedrooms: 1 single and 1 double, each with closet. The bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Estrop, a stone's throw from the beach. This is a very quiet and residential area, full of life. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of local commerce such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The nearest station is "Pep Ventura" (L2). The train station of Badalona, is located 12 minutes walk away.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
