The apartment is located in Carrer del Mar Egea, 4 minutes walk from the beach and very close to the marina of Badalona. A few blocks away is the Alcampo Sant Adrià shopping center where you will find several stores, restaurants and supermarkets.
Approximately 3 km from the apartment, you will find the Forum Zone and Diagonal Mar, full of leisure activities in front of the sea. Very close to these is the @22 District, which is an area full of companies and educational buildings that revolve around technological innovation.
The nearest station is Sant Adrià de Besòs, where the train (R1) and streetcar stop is located.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
