The night area consists of two comfortable double rooms. One of them has a practical desk, perfect for studying and working.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi included in the price, fully equipped and furnished, includes all appliances as well as equipment and bedding, ready to move in.

Located in Carrer de Lluna, right in the historic center of the city. A few blocks from the famous Rambla, one of the most important streets of the city, as it connects the heart of Barcelona, Plaza de Catalunya with the port.
This area is surrounded by narrow streets and small squares that are strategically located to sit and enjoy a drink or a snack. It is also fully supplied with all services, stores and supermarkets.
The neighborhood of Sant Antoni, which has a quiet and residential atmosphere is just a few blocks away.
The nearest station is Sant Antoni (L2), 4 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
