The day area consists of a spacious living room tastefully decorated with access to an incredible terrace, perfect for enjoying the city's privileged climate. The kitchen is integrated and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, all of them high-end.
The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The single room has a practical desk ideal for studying or working.
The rooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning and wifi. It is fully equipped and furnished and includes all appliances and equipment, and bedding, ready to move in.

Located in Carrer de Lluna, right in the historic center of the city. A few blocks from the famous Rambla, one of the most important streets of the city, as it connects the heart of Barcelona, Plaza de Catalunya with the port.
This area is surrounded by narrow streets and small squares that are strategically located to sit and enjoy a drink or a snack. It is also fully supplied with all services, stores and supermarkets.
The neighborhood of Sant Antoni, which has a quiet and residential atmosphere is just a few blocks away.
The nearest station is Sant Antoni (L2), 4 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
