Upon entering you are greeted by the living room with a comfortable sofa where you can relax and entertain watching your favorite series or movies. The kitchen is American style and is integrated into the space, it is fully equipped and has all the utensils and high-end appliances to cook from the day of arrival. The space is filled with natural light, thanks to the large window with wooden frames.
The sleeping area has 2 spacious bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Both rooms have been decorated in an avant-garde style, with a double bed, upholstered headboard and closet to store everything you need. In each bedroom you will find a practical desk to study or work at home. In total, the apartment has 2 bathrooms and both are complete with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

The location is perfect for all those who want to access the beach and the city center in just 5 minutes. It is located in the center of Barcelona, full of trendy restaurants, stores and places of interest and very well connected by cab, metro and bus.
Located in Carrer d'En Serra in the Gothic Quarter. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods with more history to tell. Its hidden squares are still the favorite places to sit and enjoy some tapas and relax. The apartment is located a few meters from the Port Vell, which has several leisure options by the sea; the Maremagnum shopping center located in the port of the pier and with an unbeatable view of it; and the famous Ramblas which are one of the main tourist landmarks of the city.
The nearest station is Drassanes (L3), a 7-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
