The apartment is located a few meters from the Port Vell, which has several leisure options by the sea; the Maremagnum shopping center located in the port of the pier and with an unbeatable view of it; and the famous Ramblas which are one of the main tourist landmarks of the city.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
