It is a compact and modern apartment located a few steps from the sea.
The day area has a practical living room with kitchenette kitchen, which is equipped with all the appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival.
The night area is composed of 2 bedrooms: one double and one single, sharing 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning , heating and wifi.
The location is excellent, in the neighborhood of Barceloneta. This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues.
La Barceloneta is full of small squares that welcome us with the terraces of bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas they offer. Plaza del LLagut is the closest to the apartment, a 1 minute walk away.
The Barceloneta beach is 5 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and a snack in the afternoon with friends the rest of the year; also 2 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park.
The apartment is very close to the metro stop Barceloneta (L4) 7 minutes walk.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
