The day area is located on the second floor and consists of a modern living room with integrated kitchen. The apartment is exterior and very bright, the decoration is brand new, very sober and elegant. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances necessary for your day to day, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge and even refrigerator.
On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area located on the second floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed and a desk. Both bedrooms have closets so you can store everything you need.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The shared roof terrace has access for the 2 duplexes in the building.

This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. Very close to the port and the Museum of History of Catalonia.
Barceloneta is full of small squares that welcome us with the terraces of bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas they offer.
Barceloneta beach is 4 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 3 minutes away is the Barceloneta Market.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
