This is a spacious furnished apartment located in the center of Barcelona.
The living room is very spacious, you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs on the comfortable sofa. The dining room is located in the adjoining space and the kitchen is integrated into it. It has been fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook on a daily basis.
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms. An additional space has been equipped as an office, it becomes the ideal place to work or study comfortably. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

Its location is excellent and strategic, in the heart of Barcelona. A few minutes from the main squares such as: Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Urquinaona. Surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, trendy bars and supermarkets.
It has a perfect communication with the metro, train and bus, and all kinds of public transport stops. A 2 minute walk away is the Sant Jaume station (L4).
Also at 8 minutes walking distance is located the Port Vell of Barcelona where you will find a very lively atmosphere, and a varied gastronomic offer of restaurants and bars that are located on the edge of the pier, and overlook the harbor and the impressive yachts anchored.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
