Proof will need to be provided before your check-in date to confirm the purpose & length of your visit. We urge you to restrain from booking when visiting for other purposes. In such case, your booking will have to be cancelled. District: BornNearest grocery store: 30 meters awayNearest pharmacy: 80 meters away Transportation:We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect!However, if you come with your private vehicle, there is a paid public parking lot at Santa Caterina Market, which is about 5 minutes walking from the flat. Nearest Metro station: Urquinaona, 550 meters awayBarcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 30 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 2 kilometers from the buildingNearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 3.0 Kilometers. Important Comments:- Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 persons and 2€ extra for any extra person (if allowed).BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - Check-in is possible after 15h.- There is a late check-in fee of €40 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €60 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid directly to the check-in agent.- Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation.
