This practical 45 m2 apartment will be your ideal space during your temporary stay in Barcelona.
The day area consists of a comfortable sofa bed and a dining room with 4 chairs. The whole apartment has been decorated with great care so that you can enjoy all the details.
The kitchen is modern and independent. It has all the utensils and high-end appliances such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and the infallible duo of the morning: toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, closet and access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Vallhonrat. The second bedroom has a single bed and a small desk that you can use as a workspace or study, as you prefer. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places to live, as it is a very central area and perfectly connected to the rest of the city.
Located at the foot of the mountain, it is perfect for outdoor activities, hiking and sports. The apartment is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, including bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The nearest station "Poble Sec" (L3) is a 2-minute walk away; 11 minutes away is Plaza España, one of the main landmarks of the city where you will find the Arenas Shopping Center; also the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the Museum of Archaeology of Catalonia, are an 8-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
