The apartment is located in Poble Sec, in carrer de Pedreres. Surrounded by all kinds of stores and close to different bus and metro stops.
A few steps from the wonderful mountain of Montjuic, which is the perfect place for outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, sports or just spend an afternoon with friends.
The famous Blai street, full of a cheerful and youthful atmosphere, where you will find countless bars offering tapas and pinchos on their terraces, is a 5-minute walk away.
The nearest station is "Poble Sec" (L3) minutes away from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
