Cozy apartment of 80m2 well distributed, perfect to share between 4 and up to 6 people, family or couples. The apartment has two small bedrooms, a medium bedroom and a big one, all of the rooms have double beds and are suitable for a single person or a couple. All the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans as well as all of them have full wood doors and a private key (ideal for a shared apartment). The apartment has 2 equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is open and is equipped with a cooker, fridge, and oven. You can find a flat-screen TV in the living room, a sofa, a powerful air conditioning that distributes cold air and heat throughout the entire apartment. It is completely renovated and restored, keeping original elements like the painting of the ceilings; it is ready to move in.

The property is located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, next to the Park of the Ciutadella and a 7-minute walk from the beach. The Raval is located within walking distance as well as other popular areas, such as the Gothic Quarter, Borne, Eixample, and Nord station. The red and yellow line underground stations are a few minutes, and there are also several bus stops and Bicing.

RENTAL CONDITION:
1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent;
If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent;
If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month;
If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent;
2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests.
3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA
4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent
5 -Utilities: Non-refundable € 100 per month per person or € 350 minimum per apartment
6 - Fees: Cleaning fee ( IVA included): 200€
7 - Administrative Management, Contract preparation: 145.20€

After your reservation will be confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes.
You will have 7 days to make the payments for the quotes.
In case your arrival date is sooner, then the quotes must be paid immediately
