The kitchen is independent, but is integrated through the glass that allows the entry of light and visibility to the living room. It has been fully equipped with all the utensils, kitchenware and appliances needed to cook at home.
The sleeping area has 2 spacious double bedrooms with built-in closet and a practical desk where you can work or study comfortably. They share 2 modern bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.

The nearest station is "Diagonal (L3 / L5) 3 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
