It is a recently renovated apartment of 73 m2 perfectly distributed and a nice terrace of 10 m2 where you can enjoy the pleasant weather of Barcelona.
Upon entering you will find a spacious and modern living room decorated with style. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you need for the day to day, such as: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one en suite with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower.
An elongated balcony on the entire facade, allows views of the beautiful Paseo Sant Joan from the living room and master bedroom.
The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating and wifi. It also includes a storage room where you can store what you need

Its location is perfect, in the sought after neighborhood of Eixample, as it is very central, quiet and residential.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Paseo de Sant Joan, 3 minutes walk from the station "Arco del Triunfo" (L1); 6 minutes from Plaza Tetuan (L2); and 5 minutes from the North Station, which is one of the 3 most important bus stations in Barcelona, and from where you can access national and international connections.
It is an area full of green spaces, the most important being the Parque de la Ciudadela. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of stores, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
