Upon entering you will find a spacious living room, quite bright, with access to a beautiful balcony completely outside, ideal for enjoying the spectacular climate of the city. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and ceramic hob.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one en suite with a double bed and the second with a comfortable trundle bed. The apartment has two complete bathrooms with a bathtub.
In addition, the apartment has a practical office, ideal for working or studying.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating by the hot and cold pump; there is also fiber wifi.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
