Both have closet and balcony where you can relax from the day's activities; they also share a full bathroom with bathtub. The last room is a suite with a double bed and a spacious built-in closet. The bathroom of this room also has a shower.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Lepant, and is part of the Sagrada Familia neighborhood, within the district of l'Eixample. This area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around it such as: supermarkets, local commerce, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
Located a few meters from the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities.
The nearest station is located 3 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5). In addition, on Diagonal Avenue, located at the same distance, you will find a number of bus stops.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
