The day area consists of a wonderful living room with access to a cozy balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and the incredible climate of the city. The kitchen is spacious and independent. It has all the appliances and utensils necessary to enter to live.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first room is exterior, has access to a balcony, has a double bed, a practical desk perfect for studying or working and closet. The second bedroom is interior, has a single bed and an open closet. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has heating and wifi.

Very close to Plaza España where the Arenas shopping center is located and tourist attractions such as the Magic Fountain of Montjuic. In addition, being located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood, a very lively and lively area, you can enjoy a wide range of options for lunch, dinner and drinks. Finally, the mountain of Montjuic, located about 15 minutes away, is perfect for outdoor activities such as sports, hiking or simply strolling.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
