In the night area there are two double bedrooms, one of them with an exterior balcony. Both have a desk, wardrobe and bed linen. They share a full bathroom with shower.
The flat has internet included and washing machine.
Just 5 minutes walk from Sarrià metro and train station and 7 minutes from Reina Elisenda station. Connecting you quickly to the city's nerve centre in Plaza Cataluña.

TERMS:

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
