The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms, with built-in closet; and 2 complete bathrooms. The master bedroom is a suite, has access to the terrace and the bathroom has a bathtub.

The apartment is located in Carrer de Bac de Roda, in the Poblenou neighborhood. A quiet and residential area that has grown a lot in recent years. In addition, it is a very sought after area due to its proximity to the 22@ district, which emerged in 2000 as an initiative of the Barcelona City Council to transform this neighborhood into a productive and innovative district, with modern and cutting-edge spaces.
Likewise, the apartment is just a few minutes from the beach and is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. In front of the building is the Central Park of Poblenou and from the apartment you have a view of it.
It is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings we find all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
