In the night area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. The apartment has a complete double bathroom with a shower.
The property has air conditioning and heat pump heating. It also has internet and wifi included in the price. It is a ground floor.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
