It is an incredible apartment of 162 m2, where every corner has been thought for you to enjoy the best stay. It is also located in one of the best areas of Barcelona.
The day area consists of an elegant living room decorated with great subtlety. This space is bright because it has large windows and access to a cozy terrace overlooking the Plaza de Ferran Casablancas. The kitchen is independent and modern, has all the necessary appliances to cook from the day of arrival, such as refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.. Here you will find a dining room, perfect for quick meals; and next to the kitchen, the laundry area is located.
The sleeping area has 4 comfortable double bedrooms, all with a desk and closet. One of the bedrooms has access to a private terrace, perfect for relaxing from the daily routine. The bedrooms share 3 full bathrooms with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating and wifi.
*The neighborhood:*
The location is perfect. The neighborhood of Sarriá-Sant Gervasi, is an exclusive and very quiet residential area. In the surroundings you can find restaurants and all kinds of services and stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, cinemas, etc..
A few minutes away you will find the Teknon Medical Center, the Balmes Multiplex, the Turó del Putxet Gardens and the Monterols Park, perfect for outdoor activities.
In Ronda de General Mitre, a few steps from the apartment, you will find different bus stops, but the nearest station is "Las Tres Torres", a 9-minute walk away, which has a subway line and rail network.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
