This is a bright and modern apartment of 58m2 *completely decorated and furnished by our Home Staging* service just steps from the beautiful and mythical Hospital Sant Pau in Barcelona. The day area consists of a beautiful living room completely outside with access to a nice balcony where you can enjoy the spectacular weather of the city. From the living room you can access a nice and comfortable interior patio.
The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. It also has a washer/dryer.
The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms with double bed completely exterior. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating is included in the rental price. The apartment also has wifi.

The apartment is located in a central area par excellence. In Industria street just steps from the beautiful and mythical Hospital Sant Pau in Barcelona and a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia. Nearby you will find all kinds of stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.
A few steps from the metro station Sant Pau| Dos de Maig.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
