This is a comfortable 55m2 apartment in El Clot neighborhood, fully furnished and equipped. The day area consists of a bright living room with access to a nice outdoor terrace ideal for enjoying the sunny days of Barcelona. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and appliances such as gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. It also has a washer/dryer.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double bed sharing a full bathroom with (hidden) also has a large studio ideal for studying or working.
In addition, the house has air conditioning and heating (individual). It also has fiber wifi.
The apartment is located in the heart of the neighborhood El Clot a few steps from the metro of the same name (L1 and L2) that will communicate you in a few minutes with the rest of the city. Nearby you will find all kinds of stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops.
It is important to note that this neighborhood is the best place to live in the Catalan city according to the International 2023 survey of Time Out magazine.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
