The night area has 1 double bedroom with closet. The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
This is one of the preferred areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by small squares that are perfect for relaxing and strolling.
The Hospital Sant Pau, a jewel of Catalan modernist architecture, is located very close to the apartment.
2 minutes away you will find the nearest station, “Sant Pau-Dos de Maig” (L5); and 4 minutes away, “Clot” (L1).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
